FAQs to Order

• Please allow up to 48 hour for response to inquiries.

• Every order requires a non- refundable deposit of 50% to secure booking, remaining balance must be paid 48 hours prior to collection/ delivery/ set up.

• When ordering balloons try to give as much information as you can for your vision include date needed/ theme/ and color scheme.

• Cold weather conditions can cause Balloons to deflate and Hot weather can cause Balloons to expand and pop. If picking up Grab & Go orders do not leave in the car overnight. Try to keep at room temperature. Also please make sure car is free of sharp objects.

• Avoid direct sunlight/ or placing over balloons or radiators/ vents.

• For those with small children balloons can be a choking hazard, they may also include small parts for decoration. Young children should be supervised.
